| Are privileges transferable? Can the family in the Philippines use the privileges? |

Yes, the privileges of free or discounted room-nights and food and beverage consumption can be transferred to anybody, as long as the reservation and redemption of privilege is done by the investor in writing, giving his consent and his investors´ ID number.
The annual dividends however will be automatically transmitted to the investors´ established account that is registered with us. |

| Do I get more days for having more than one share? |
| |
| Yes, every share of US$ 10,000 entitles you to the same privileges. Automatically with 2 shares, you could spend 10 room-nights a year, free or at discounted room rates. |

| How early in advance can I reserve my room? |
| |
| As early as one year in advance. If you want to book your vacation for June 15 to June 20, 2009, you can book on June 15, 2008. |

| Are there any restrictions on reservations? |
| |
| Yes, indeed! The primary purpose of this share is not being a vacation club, but a real estate investment with additional vacation privileges. For this reason, we have allocated 5 rooms per night for investors. As soon as the allocation is exhausted, you have to opt for another vacation date. |

| How many persons can stay in one room? |
| |
| The shareholder and its immediate family members that is wife and up to 2 children below 18 year. We provide maximum one extra bed. |

| Do I get a discount if I need more than 1 room for my family if I have more children? |
| |
| Yes, you will get a 50% discount for the second room only. |
| |
| |
| What about other discounts? |
| |
| You will get 20% discount on food and beverages for your immediate family (wife and children) as long as they are staying with you at the hotel. |

| What about if I want to invite friends or relatives for a party during my stay? |
| |
| Only your family that is registered to stay in your room is entitled to discounts. |
| |
| |
| Does the 20% discount on food and beverages extend during high and low season? |
| |
| The food and beverages discount is extended anytime that you spend your annual entitlement of 5 nights (per share) with us. |
