Usually, business stabilizes after three years. These three years plus 2 years regular operation will reflect on the quality of management to achieve the objectives.
If the hotel does not return the projected 12% per year for the last three consecutive years, the management company might be replaced and the shareholders can demand their money back. |

| Officially, every end of year during the annual shareholders meeting, however we aim to update the shareholder with periodical email newsletters. |

| Download the Registration Form and send it either by email or fax. Remit US$ 500 registration fee and we will send you the original contract and the share certificate. |

| Each certificate is numbered, registered and authenticated by a lawyer and authorized by the Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone Authority, UAE. Depending on their workload and being three parties involved in the process, it might take up to 1-2 months from signing the contract until you hold the share certificate in your hand. |

| Can the shares be held jointly or transferred? |

| Shares can be transferred against a transfer fee of US$ 500 per transfer. |
