August 1, 2008	Start of resort expansion (16 rooms) Take over by "SERVUS" hotel management
Till year end 2008	Turn around management of hotel Physical Improvements on the property Improving distribution channels and performance Introducing a new food and beverage concept Improving quality of marketing and PR Continuing construction
May 31, 2009	Distribution of shares, annually until last time on May 15, 2018
April 30, 2013	After the balance sheets and profit & loss statement have been prepared, audited and released, dissatisfied shareholders may opt for the pay-back guarantee to sell the shares to the fund
